- Johnson wanted to race ever since he was little, he was born on September 17, 1975 (age 42) in El Cajon, California, He wanted to race from the start. His educational information is unknown by the public but it seems he wanted to race more than study. In El Cajon he was considered a racing prodigy he was winning races since he was eight r=years old which resulted in people recognizing his talent.
- Jimmie Johnson's wife Chandra is a native of Muskogee, Oklahoma. She was born on 16 July 1978 (39), she was a good student completing her education till university. She has been working in several areas and has worked as an actress as well she got married to Jimmie in 2004 and is a mother to 2 kids, Genevieve Marie Johnson, Lydia Norris Johnson.
- She completed her education from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in business communication. However, it does not appear she worked but she did in fact star in a movie known as "Devil's Canyon". She is a multi-tasker balancing her life, work and family all together.
- The relationship started in early 2000's they both met at a local party and they hit it off from there, they have been seen in many places together, finally got married in 2004 after that they are in love and are living their life to the fullest. After having 2 kids they are still strong,.
