Mike Skinner, the talented English rapper, singer-songwriter, musician, and record producer, is widely known for his music project, The Streets. Apart from his work as a solo artist, he has also collaborated with Rob Harvey as part of the DOT and released music under the pseudonym The Darker the Shadow the Brighter the Light.
Skinner was born on November 27, 1978, in Birmingham, England. Growing up in West Heath, he developed a passion for music from a young age and started playing keyboards at the tender age of five. They have been together ever since and are proud parents of two children, Amelia and George, born in 2009 and 2011, respectively.
