Shikhar Dhawan is an Indian left-handed opening batsman and occasional right-arm off break bowler, he plays for the India national team, and also for Delhi in domestic cricket and Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL. He was born on 5 December 1985 in Delhi to Sunaina and Mahendra Pal Dhawan in a Punjabi family. He has a younger sister, Shreshta. He completed his schooling from St. Marks Senior Secondary Public School. In 2012, Dhawan married Melbourne-based Ayesha Mukherjee and here is few fast facts about his wife: 1. Ayesha's father is a Bengali and mother is a English. Though she was born in India, her family soon moved to Australia. She is a trained kickboxer and a sports fanatic.
