- Craig Peter Anderson is an American professional ice hockey goaltender who currently plays for the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League. He was born on 21st May 1981. The birthplace of Craig is in Park Ridge, Illinois. Anderson graduated from Barrington High School in 1999. At present, he instructs at Craig Anderson's Goalie School in Chicago during summers.

- In 2016, Craig Anderson's wife Nicholle Anderson was diagnosed with a form of throat cancer known as Nasopharyngeal Cancer. Nicholle Anderson says on her blog that in August 2016, she began experiencing coughing phlegm, dry mouth, night sweats, and extreme tiredness. This came as she was pregnant with her third child, and so she thought these were just symptoms that came with pregnancy. Nicholle was receiving radiation therapy (33 sessions) alongside chemotherapy. It is to be continued by three more rounds of chemotherapy over a 12 weeks period. In February 2017, Anderson was discharged from the hospital, and she shared some of her experiences on her blog. In May 2017, Nicholle revealed that she was cancer-free.
